I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Manufactured for assisting me in achieving my dream of homeownership. Every individual I interacted with was exceptional and approachable. I was initially apprehensive and stressed, but Ms. Patt provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire process, and continues to do so. Six months later, I am absolutely in love with my new home! My family and friends consistently remark on its spaciousness and charm. I wholeheartedly recommend Manufactured to anyone considering their first home, or even a second.🦋

I spent years looking into the home buying process and never took the leap thinking it was far beyond my reach but October of 2024 I decided I would reach out and just see what I needed to do and to my surprise I was blessed with Malory Lozano at the Von Ormy location ! From the the very first message she was more then informative, and confident that she could get us into our forever home ,with in DAYS we were approved . She cares about her clients, goes above and beyond helping find any and everything available to help in the process . What I waited years for was done for me within a matter of weeks . I can’t recommend her enough to anyone thinking their goal is unattainable, she works the miracles for sure ! She’s an amazing sales rep and and an even more amazing person . Get with Malory ,you won’t regret it. 🥹🧡
